We are very happy to announce that in addition to our featured informational speakers that will be at at our upcoming Las Vegas Housing Outlook, we have lined up a great panel of local industry experts to be available to answer your questions and share their views on a myriad of issues that impact the Las Vegas housing market. The panel will include the following members.

Spencer Ballif, senior Vice President of CBRE, who specializes in the apartment segment. Mr. Ballif has sold over $5 billion in apartment property representing 58,128 units since joining CBRE in 1989. Spencer has represented many of the largest apartment builders and owners in the United States. Given the local boom of apartment construction, we are very pleased to have Spencer Ballif at the Housing Outlook Conference to help us understand what can be expected going forward in apartment sales and construction.

John Restrepo, Principal of RCG Economics, has analyzed regional and local economics in Nevada, Arizona, California, and Texas. His 25 years of urban economics experience has given him a broad range of skills and technical expertise in assessing the effects of local, regional and national economic trends on urban economies and their real estate markets. We are excited to have John available to offer his opinions on the Las Vegas economic recovery.

We are also waiting for confirmation from one of our active local land brokers, who will help us understand some of the latest issues for home builders trying to find new replacement lots.
